The new look & feel of OCA


The clothing industry now still produces in a way that is damaging to people and planet. Producing with organic cotton is one of the ways to make a change in the sector. Organic Cotton Accelerator (OCA) is a multi-stakeholder initiative that accelerates the transition of the clothing industry towards a more sustainable sector. OCA asked us to enhance their brand experience by developing a new website with a new look and feel.

Colors


We wanted to renew the corporate identity of Organic Cotton Accelerator and at the same time develop a new online environment. We changed the characteristic yellow color of the brand from the main color to an accent color. White and grey are now the main colors in the online environment. The dynamics of the colors with the professional photo’s give a professional, clean and calm brand experience.

In addition to the general information on the website for visitors, we also created a secure area for members of OCA. Members are now able to log in to the secure area and find research data, news articles and blog posts. In this way OCA is able to inform its members through the website.

The logo


OCA wanted the current logo of the nine yellow circles to come back in the new design of the website. Visitors can now find the circles for instance on each scroll button on the end of every page. We also played with lots of circular shapes in the design of the website.
